OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Pet Network "All About Pets Show"™ Contest

1. The Pet Network "All About Pets Show"™ contest (“Contest”) commences at 12:01am on Monday, February 11th, 2008 and concludes at 12:00pm on Wednesday, March 12th, 2008. (“Contest Period”).

2. No purchase necessary Visit www.thepetnetwork.tv from Monday, February 11th, 2008 at 12:01am ET to Wednesday, March 12th, 2008 at 12:00pm ET (the “Contest Period”), to access the entry page form. Complete the on-line entry form by filling in your name, age, mailing address with postal code, daytime telephone number and email address to be eligible to win tickets. Then submit the entry form by clicking on the “Enter” button. All entries must be received on or before 12:00 pm ET to on Friday, March 14th, 2008.

3. The Prize Winner draw will take place on Wednesday, March 12th, 2008 at approximately 1:00pm at 115 Gordon Baker Road, 8th Floor, Toronto, ON M2H 3R6. Contest officials will randomly select ten (10) Prize winners from all entries. Winners will then be contacted via email or phone from a Contest official.

4. This contest is open to residents of Canada, except employees of Stornoway Communications Inc. (The Pet Network), the All About Pets™ Show (SHOWTRENDS, a division of 1031222 Ontario Limited), and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and any persons residing in their respective households.

5. Ten (10) prizes will be awarded consisting of four (4) tickets to All About Pets Show at the International Centre, 6900 Airport Road - Mississauga, on Friday, March 21st, Saturday, March 22nd, or Sunday, March 23rd, 2008. Tickets do not include transportation to and from the International Centre, meals/snacks/concessions, taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, and all other charges or taxes incurred not otherwise described above. The contest sponsors are not responsible for rain delays, cancellations or any rescheduling of the event. Approximate retail value of the prizes is $40.00 CA.

6. Chances of winning depend upon the total number of entries received. The decision of the Contest judges is final. Each prize must be accepted as awarded. No portion of the prize is transferable. All dates, unless otherwise changed by the Contest organizers, are fixed. After the Prize winner is picked, should the winner be unable to claim the Prize as awarded, his/her prize will be forfeited and another eligible winner will be chosen by The Pet Network from the remaining “entrants”. The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the prize is offered.

7. Before being awarded the prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill-testing mathematical question and will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. If the winning contestant has not reached the age of majority, the prize must be accepted by and awarded to a parent or legal guardian of the contestant.

8. Stornoway Communications Inc. (The Pet Network), the All About Pets™ Show (SHOWTRENDS, a division of 1031222 Ontario Limited), and their respective advertising and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute the prize or any component thereof, including without limitation destination and any component of the prize, for those of approximately the same retail value, and reserve the right to terminate or withdraw this Contest at any time, without prior notice.

9. Releasees are not responsible for any damage, loss, inconvenience or injury suffered by the participant or prize winners and their families, heirs and assigns due to any changes, substitution, rescheduling, impact of war, or for any reason whatsoever.

10. By entering this Contest, the entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood and accepted these Contest rules and regulations, and voluntarily assumes all risks in connection with the Contest, the prize and their use. Entrant understands that the Contest and/or the Prize may involve some danger, exposing the entrant to any risks and hazards of both man-made and natural origin, whether arising from foreseeable and/or unforeseeable human error and negligence and that, as a result, the entrant may suffer serious personal injury, illness or even death as well as damage to or loss of property. Participant nevertheless freely and voluntarily AGREES AND DOES HEREBY ASSUME any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death, or damage to or loss of property suffered or incurred by the entrant, his/her family, heirs, administrators, personal representatives or executors arising out of or connected with entrant participating in the Contest waives any and all claims the participant and winner may have arising in connection with this Contest and the prize and further agrees that he / she will sign a standard form releasing Stornoway Communications Inc., the All About Pets™ Show (SHOWTRENDS, a division of 1031222 Ontario Limited), and their agents and/or suppliers of service, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively “Releasees”), from any and all liability arising in connection with this Contest or the Prize, including without limitation, any financial, legal or moral responsibility or loss or personal injury including death or damage to or loss of property suffered or incurred or arising from the acceptance of the Prize(s) as awarded and confirming compliance with Contest rules, whether suffered by the Participant, winner, or his/her heirs, administrators, personal representatives or executors and notwithstanding that such injuries or losses may have been caused solely or partly by any act, omission or negligence of the Releasees. Entrant further agrees to pay all costs of any emergency evacuation of the entrant and/or his/her property that may become necessary for any reason whatsoever. Entrant agrees to sign a waiver and release to this effect.

11. All entries shall become the property of Stornoway Communications Inc. (The Pet Network), the All About Pets™ Show (SHOWTRENDS, a division of 1031222 Ontario Limited), and the respective sponsors, promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies. Releasees assume no responsibility for lost or stolen or destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to or any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone network or lines computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause made during the Contest Period. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. All entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are final.

12. By entering the Contest, each entrant, and particularly the prize winner, consent to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by Stornoway Communications Inc. (The Pet Network), the All About Pets Show™ (SHOWTRENDS, a division of 1031222 Ontario Limited), and their respective sponsors, promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation.

13. Except as otherwise stated, information collected (e.g.: email address, name, city, office telephone number, home telephone number) in conjunction with this Contest will be used exclusively for the purpose of choosing the prizewinners. No correspondence will take place between Stornoway Communications Inc. (The Pet Network), the All About Pets Show™ (SHOWTRENDS, a division of 1031222 Ontario Limited), and or its agencies or sponsors and Contest entrants except as it may relate to the Contest and in the case of Prize Winners as a result of entering the Contest.

14. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations of Canada and Ontario respectively.
